All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. All bets are subject to acceptance by sw5000. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or insider knowledge. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history, it is considered accepted and cannot be canceled by the User.
Sports betting markets cover football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and more), basketball, tennis, badminton, and other sports. Markets include Asian handicap, over/under (total goals), 1X2 (match result), correct score, and mix parlay accumulators.
Settlement Rules: Bets are settled based on official match results at full-time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward standard markets unless explicitly stated. If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours, bets on that event are voided and stakes refunded.

After 18 months of inactivity, we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormant account fee of Rp 50.000 to cover administrative costs, deducted from your account balance. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sw5000 operates under its international gaming license. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction specified in Section 10.1. Arbitration decisions are final and binding.
